In this edition of What Da Heck?! we read of a little girl, who had a dream. And that dream was to have her own lemonade stand and sell lemonade to all the thirsty people in New York City. Apparently, she set her stand up in a city park and not 16 minutes into her business day did she get ticketed by the park police. The girl and her father offered to move the stand elsewhere, but the ticket happy park police wasn't letting them off the hook at all. Nope. They got slapped with a $50 fine!
